As above i have a 94 lwb tt auto when i put my foot hard down the power light does not come on.I have tried disconnecting the battery to reset the ecu but still no joy.The switch does work if i turn it on in the car any ideas.

Does it come on when you first switch on the ignition then go out? (ecu doing fault checks )

If you haven't a conzult or Datascan you can check the ECU with the Nissan method on the main ECU in the passenger footwell.

I think there's a micro switch under the accelerator that can get bent or something - worth a check.

iff its a s2 which i think it is then it dont come on like the s1,s ;)

The power switch was working fine and then one day it just stopped not a major problem because the switch in the car still works so when i want a bit of fun i just flick the switch,when it stops fooken raining that is cos boy oh boy is she a hand full in the wet.
