NISSAY ON SHOW AT BILLING

Hi there!As a new member,could anyone tell me exactly what Billing is all about! Is it just for Nissay owners,or for all Japanese car owners? Will there be trade stands,a second hand jumble mart, and could you exhibit your motor in say a concourse event? Plus will there be other stands for modified,standard,or others [300z's that is]?

If you can enter your car in one of these events who should you be talking to ?

Ok that's questions for now...Please give me some answers!!!Thanx a lot.
