Errr,no your here to take the piss!

(sorry get back to thread!) :o

Ok what kit is it? ONLY use a wet kit at the least, direct port is far far safer though.

Don't worry about the grammar, can usually make it out but that one was just too much ;)

Cheers,

Andy

all it has is the solonoid and one injecter that goes on the inlet before the throttle flaps its says nitrous express and is a 11lb bottle as says the kit is a wet one its a lot diffrent from the i made on my bike as that was w wizard of nos kit and i modded the wireing for it to do what i wanted it to do

Any pictures?

Ok its a wet sytem (ie injects the nitrous AND fuel). You need to get in touch with them and find out what else you need for a twin port setup. At the very minimum another injector and some t-pieces (not sure if you'll need extra solenoids too)

but i have a gauge for the bottle and a ajuster that goes in the came he was sayin about it is for progresive nos input so as its activated the nos will be low at frist then would incress the amount some thing like that

the reason andy is saying you need another injector and poss a solinoid is because there is no way to get even distribution between the two sides of the engine , if you have two injectors and solinoids you will put one on either intake pipe ,

the best place to put them is as close to the throttle bodies as you can , ive fitted kits to other cars in the past and try to mount the injectors about 3 to 4 inches before the throttle bodies

as for how much to run , it all depends on what spec the engine is and whether its just a straight shot of nos or you are using a progressive controller

as a rule of thumb , most cars can take a max of 50% of the orginal engine power , ie if your motor is has standard internals and hows a power of 220bhp it should be fine to take a 100 shot of nos , but to be safe i would only put a 75bhp shot through ,

but again , if you have had a engine rebuild with uprated rods , pistons etc , you could run more .

but if you are using a progressive controller you can pretty much run however much nos you want because ou can gradually feed the mos into the engine so its not a massive increase of load on the pstons , crank , conrods , etc ,

i would not even think about fitting the kit you have untill you have another injector , if ou fit it with one i can garentee ou will be looking for a new engine before you have used one bottle of nos

hope this helps

cheers for that will have to see how much another solinoid and injecter is then ive git that progressive controller you said about and my engine is standard was only going to do a bit of nos to it as i dont to be rebuilding it all the time as i cant afford that
