Hi guys, complete newbie to the site,im collecting my 300 twin turbo next week, but ive been trying to decide if it will fit in my garage, ive looked around several places for the actual length of these cars, but ive found many answers, some are 169inches,178inches, 173, but can anybody tell me for definate the length?

Its a 94 2+2

Thanks in advance,my garae is only 174 inches long so im hoping its less than that!!

Yeah,174 is short,if 178.1 is correct im in trouble, dont want to leave it outside as its not a daily car, just going to be a weekend toy!

Is the 2 seater shorter?

Oh no,i wonder if its too late to get my deposit back and look for a 2 seater?

Its only £100 i suppose,is there any other differences between 2+2 and a 2 seater?

Which is most popular?

the swb (2 seater) appart from being shorter obviously has no back seats, and the fuel flap is in a different place, thats about it. some members prefer the swb to the lwb, its down to personal choice, so would not say one was more popular than the other. looks like you may have lost your deposit though.

you need a good size garage for one of these, no chance mine will fit, just lives on the drive . ;)

Build a bigger garage :D

To be honest, unless you have a massive garage it aint worth it IMO. What's the point in banging the door on the wall every time you get in or out.....

hear hear, just keep lots of wax on it, and make sure chav scum dont ruin your Z

My garage is wide enough to fit two car in side by side,as long as they are short ones!!!So getting in and out isnt a problem.

Im going to have to think about this,i like to keep them indoors while i work away, not from chavs or anything, but from the elements,i normally wax them as they go into the garage and take it off when i use it,then back aon with another coat when ive finished with it!!

I live in Tamworth, and thats where zedworld is,was going to let them have alook at it for me when i get it,will think hard about this, not bothered about the money, but i will let the owner know out of courtesy,as theres nothing worse than waiting in for someone who dont come!

Bloody show off  Very impressive mate.

It's for sale,I'll chuck the house in for free! :D
