when you buy a drill look at the amh (a good one will be 3amh) and not the volts, these ting tong things you can get for £19.99 are only rated at 1-2 amh and need charging every friggin 5 holes :nono:

Don't know anyone with a 36v drill (£'s!!!), i've got a

24v bosch sds, had it from 1998, one 3ah battery, use it

every day (window fitter), only now is it starting to

play up, won't charge properly, if at all.

Definately a good buy & has earnt me a lot of money!

On the flipside of that, i've also got a bosch 24v combi drill,

complete rubbish! The gearbox fell apart after about 18mths.

All the rest of my kit is DeWalt, never had any problems

with DeWalt, my next 24v sds will be a DeWalt too. ;)

The 36v batteries, aren't they the lithuim-ion ones?

They're supposed to be the mutts!
