I was in the bank today changing address of my account, did I tell you I was going to Aus :rolleyes: , anyway I looked up to see a sign for home insurance in Polish, now thats not bad you might say but underneath the Polish heading, yes under ****in neath it was in English.

 

So I told the Manager that I was not happy that the bank sees fit to demote my language in my country and cancelled the account.

there is more imports than brits these days hence the change!!

i was reading that the government are now considering giving them all free English lessons payed for by the tax payer.

i know what your sayin i was in the post office the other day gettin road tax (which is another con) and there was a polish woman in there gettin hundreds of £££'s on benifits handed over to her, and heres me struggling to live, feed a kid and ife and run a zed.it sickens me.

its not just over there in the uk, our national news paper has a 20 page polish supplement every week, there is a move by government to put all road signs over here in russian and polish, and all immigrants get child benefit for their children even if the children are living full time in their country of origin, and thats only some of the things i can think of

It's getting a little crazy to be honest!

 

I'm the most easy going person many are likely to meet. I keep my views to myself and believe everyone deserves fair play and a chance. But sometimes I think that perhaps there are far too many people like me who seem to be letting things happen when we should be saying something.

 

As some of you know I work as a punisher of law breakers. And we have a town not far from us where the population of Polish people far out-number the residents, therefore some of my colleagues have been taught Polish in order to be able to deal with them fairly! Now that's obviously a good idea, but when 2/3 of the residents language is Welsh, and I mean full time, first language Welsh, It's a little unfair when the organisation doesn't bother taking the trouble to look after them in making sure there's enough Welsh speakers to go around!

 

On another note, I recently sold a car on e-bay to a Polish chap. He turned up and started the normal "I'll give you my price for it!" and was talking all the time to his mate in his native tongue. That p*ssed me off just a little bit, but the best bit was when his mate spotted another car I was selling. He went and looked at it and said "It is far too old for me!" The cheeky sod! I asked him what he did for a living and said the obvious - "Nothing!!"

 

What are things coming too eh! We have to deal with enough people benefitting off the state, but this takes the proverbial!

 

Anyway I'll go back to minding my own business now and target innocent motorists! Only joking!
