I tend to use Torrent Sites for Full Albums

(torrents require you to download software like bittorrent, bitlord or utorrent for pc, or Azurus or tomtorrent, tomato torrent)

then use torrent sites like torrentspy.com, btmon.com, fenopy.com...there are loads out there but some you have to watch if you have little 'uns about esp btmon.com the adverts are all adult related

and

Limewire for individual singles/tracks

----of course these are only for "copies" of stuff I have already bought - if you know what I mean ;)

Torrents are the way forward!Download Utorrent or Bitcomet program then go to websites like isohunt.com or btjunkie.com and for more music do mp3nova.org! also if you can download Cracked Limewire Pro which is alot better than normal Limewire!

Hope this helps!

P.s I just got an Ipod Touch too from USa for 200 :D They fookin rule! You gone on internet its sweet isnt it!

dead funny that you can download a free Limewire Pro ---- off of Limewire.....

You'd think if they could ban ONE download....it'd be that one!!!

Hi and thanks for your help......downloaded bitcomet but what now....? bit confused!!!

Help Appreciated

Rob

http://www.mininova.org is my preferred download site, purely because they have a comments section for each file download (assuming members actually bother to post comments) If they are crap, then members say so, with no holding back either! If you join up (FREE of charge) then you can also go through their Forum section, which is packed with help on certain types of files.

It's a very helpful and useful site.

Also, my personal favourite download client program is AZUREUS

PS- LIMEWIRE is a total waste of space these days, just full of crappy porn links and general junk, just not worth the time.

once bitcomet is installed....got to one of the torrent sites mentioned above

search for what you want, then when you find it, click on it....but choose OPEN instead of SAVE.

This will then open the bitcomet program which will start to download your choosen files

Having long been a member of torrent and p2p sites, I have to agree with Daves_Zed. These days all the p2p sites are almost useless. You do a search for something and all that comes back are either deliberately mislabled files, old versions, incompletes or deliberate porn substitutions. Plus they are more likely to be trojan or virus infected. E-mule and E-donkey used to be the best but they too have fallen foul to this.

Torrents are by far the best option these days although even now, the best site (Demonoid) was screwed by the Canadian Recording Industry. Not sure why as there isn't much worth listening to comes out of Canada anyway!

Bitcomet is about the best and easiest to use of the clients although I used to use a client called ABC which had the best interface but wasn't quite as fast and didn't work too well with Vista 64.

I use 'Legal Sounds', its a program you download and buy music from for around an 1 american dollar, Cheep as chips as you get the album artwork and the quality is spot on

try just going onto amazon and look up second hand cd's, there are loads of brand new unused cds, download them to your laptop put them on your ipod then you have the cd for your car, they are extremely cheap aswell

not into these share sites, thats what fooked up my last pc

I have a stereo that you plug your USB flash/pen drive or USB mp3 player straight into it....saves having songs here there and everywhere :)
