why does the janitor hate jd so much, ive never seen it from the start and im assuming they had some sort of disagreement

Its just one big ongoing joke from the beginning - no argument/disagreement, the janitor is just a jackass. ;)

Actually, IIRC on JDs first day he walks in to the hospital as the janitor is trying to fix one of the sliding doors that is stuck. JD suggets someone may have jammed it with a penny and the janitor gets all paranoid asking him why he would think that implying that JD jammed it himself. JD just shrugs it off but later in the episode he walks past the janitor who is holding a coin that was obviously jamming the door and he assumes it was JD.

 

And now he bullies him ever since.

He says in a later episode that he likes to pick one intern each year and torment them for no reason, which is why i said that JD had done nothing wrong. However there was a misunderstanding, i just never think of it like that. :)

Also, last episode of the first season he does the same with another intern with a paperclip jamming the door... Showing he torments one each year :)

 

Its awesome, sad as i am, I have them all although i think im an epsiode or two behind on season 7 :(
