Peeps,

I know this is short notice, but a mate of mine has organised a Jap Meet at the Phoenix Inn, Hartley Wintney on the 4th January 2008.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=RG27+8RT

We're expecting a good turnout from a couple of local Jap car clubs and a few from the GTROC.

The evening is due to start at around 1800 hours. It has a large car park and has quite a substantial reputation for car club meets in the Hampshire area, and the Land Lord is a top bloke and a total Petrol Head.

Hopefully it would be nice to have a few zeds down there. Let me know if your interested.

Nick

Cool. I think i should be down there around 7pm. Ill be in a black 57 reg Beemer 3 series convertable hopefully parked next to my dad-in-law white GTO.

Aparently the vast majority of people are turning up at around 7:30, but ill keep an eye out. Unfortunatly i cant stay too long as ive got to be at work at 10.

See you there

it was not a bad turn out considering the appauling weather.

Was good to meet some new people, well person really, Chris 300, and some old faces as well, Andy Isherwood and Eileen (Lets_Drift (banned). In the end it was a couple of 300zx's a couple of skylines, and Gen 2 RX7 convertable, 350z, 200sx, couple of CRX's and a GTO.

Excuse the poor quality photos, but i was getting bloody wet!

This will become a monthly meet in the near future, which me and my mate are sorting out with the Landlord. Theyre was a very good atmosphere all round and i wish i could have stayed a bit longer, but duty called etc.

Ill put a post up in this section again as to when the next meet will be and lets hope for some better weather and more 300's!
