p c v valves

throtle hesitation from tickover when engine is cold , could this be faulty p c v valves sticking open . any other suggestions on this problem ? thanks for ANY ADVICE

    Mine does that abit..... but hay its like 0 degress out there you cant expect these 17 year old cars to be running perfect from start up.

    Check the temp sensor connector is clean and secure. Check the TPS is set correctly and that base idle is set correctly :)

    run thru how to set base idle andy.... theres a little mark on the tps is that supposeto match the one on the body?

    thanks for your replies il make this problem clearer, tick over 750 r p m no prob its when i increase revs via throttle [out of gear manual box] hesitation and rev drop of 200/300 r p m sometimes ,cuts out engine .also anyone know of info on p c v valves eg .what problems to expectwhen faulty
