Im not commenting as I dont know anything - except about teapots, but I do know that if I have a high performance teapot and I copy the teapot exactly, then I can sell copies of that teapot to other teapot fans for a fraction of the price of the _original_ teapot, that would be fun smile.gif

Yeah but selling copied teapots on a public forum such as ebay would be classed as dumb would it not.

Not that I disagree with such activity, it's a bit like selling copied coffee cups etc. Well dodgy.

It wouldn't be dumb if the internals of the teapot were modified so it still poured tea the same but looked like a coffee pot.

You can modify the teapot with a special kit from caffeinehopper-pro pots.

It allows the teapot to breathe when introduced to coffee granules.

I can sort out this kit for anyone on a group buy basis, but I cannot guarantee that your teapot wont be starved of water during the process.

It should be ok if you use only Columbian beans.

When do your teapot pills wear off mate?

& can I have some? LOL

what if you dont drink tea?

but like coke

ok, let me see if ive got this.....

if i purchase one of these teapots, i get basically the same teapot as from JWT (Jane Weller Teapots) but just cheaper???

all im worried about is my teapot overheating & buggering up my worksurface.

are the 2 teapots exactly the same spec??

looking to get a new teapot u see biggrin.gif

There are quite a number of forum members who appreciate fine teapots and have installed these in their kitchen. All have been very happy with the speed of pouring and general quality of brew.

They are made in the same way as other well known teapots that are available. For example the spout and handle are in the same place. If you put compressed air into your teapot at the same time as you install a teabag, the tea comes out faster than you can drink it.
