its driving me mad, for a few weeks ive been itchy all over my body, it feels so good to have a good scratch but it takes my skin off as i never seem to be able to satisfy the itch if ya know what i mean, ive got no spots and i have changed shower gels washing powder cleaned all sheets cushions and so on but i cant stop it, will have to go to the docs

 

any ideas of what i could try next, may save me going to the docs, also ive been getting dry skin

Think it could be the change in temperature and you've cranked the thermostat up in the house??....Try turning it down a bit a putting a jumper on if you get cold. Could be you're skin is a little dry (drink more water!) and the heat is possibly adding to the problem?

 

Mrs gets eczema a bit and if i turn teh heating up and leave it on too late she gets itchy sometimes....look up that as there's loads of advice etc...you might have had it as a kid?...

First step is to purchase some Cetirizine from a local pharmacy, Im too far away. LOL! Normally about £3.99 for 30. Just one a day or you could go up to one twice daily.

also you need to purchase a 500G pot of aqueous cream.Around £1.99. Use this all over as a moisturizer and use some in the shower instead of shower gel. Or even better some Oilatum emollient(but a bit more expensive)

Try this regime for a week to see if any improvement.

im suspicious that the answer may lie in your work environment ... lofts, insulation dust etc. but difficult to say more without a fuller consultation. ;)
