Last week I spent about 15 hours on the car doing bits and bobs, here and there. 4 of those hours were spent under the bonnet, detailing.
However, I'm sure some of you have also been lucky enough to buy a Z where one of the previous owners or traders has thought it fit to Laquer(spelling) everything under the bonnet without cleaning anything first.
May, I take this apportunity to warn some of you about the condition of your paint around the battery. Mine took a while to clean up but there still remains imperfections in the paint, so I would recommend that a little bit of care is taken in that area if nowhere else.
