Just got a warning light

Not seen this one before

Bottom left light on left display panel. Looks ligh a light beacon and comes on in red

Any ideas what this one is

~All my lights are fine?

is it the hicas light, if it is it probably needs topping up using dexron 3 power steering fluid

cant see the pics at work but i'll have a look when i get home you may have a bulb on the way out at the rear cos there are some twin elements for the stop and tail lights, its just a case of removing and checking, hope this helps

My light comes on when i turn my fogs lights on. Or when they are off when i brake it comes on?? but all the lights work???

Faulty unit, as above! OR, it's been bodged! Is it UK or JSpec? And, if JSpec, where are your Fogs?

Its a jspec i didnt mean to say fogs sorry its just the lights but the fogs are in the rearlight units

Just a faulty unit then, only real way to tell for sure is to replace it with another one, doubt anyone would charge much for one!

But saying that, if the bulbs are old, they could becoming high resistance, and that would affect the unit, giving a false readout! Worth just checking the bulbs, if you happen to have four new ones laying around! ;)

Well im doing the fiat coupe rear light convertion, So i will see what happens??

Will most probs just take the dash bulb out lol!! :slap:

Yeah, that'll sort it as well ;)

Its not a faulty unit - its because the inner brake lights have been converted to fogs so the circuit doesn't measure correctly anymore ;) When you do the fiat conversion just snip the wire that runs to the bulb, I'm sure there's posts about it on here :)

Cheers,

Andy
