Where is the best place to get full interior trim replacement kits from and how hard are they to fit? I am going to be buying a TT 300ZX in the coming weeks and most of the interiors look rubbish!

Any advice would be great. Thanks

all depends on what you want to spend really. theres luke at the zcentre that does kits, a guy on ebay that does leatherette kits, or you will find a local upholsterer that will do them. prices will vary from around £1k to £3k for a finished job. you could save money by doing it yourself, but getting it to look right may prove difficult.

Paul at SWZ fitted mine after he had a set done by an upholsterer.

Cheers chaps, it costs a few quid then to get it done properly, although those kits on ebay are pretty cheap. I can imagine it looking gash if I did it though. Darrell's looks amazing!

The kits on E-bay are usually leatherette, rather than leather.

The Zcenter kit is made by Katzkins in USA. Very good quality leather, I ordered an additional hide to do the boot.

Fit it yourself and save loads of money. Once my car is back I will be redoing the seats and padding them out with a little extra foam to make them look spot on.

So have you decided to keep her now matey?

Nope, but before I sell it I want it to be 10/10 out of this world. It's pretty close to that now. Paintwork doesn't even have a single scratch or stone chip, Alloys are totally free from any marks, Interior is spotless.

Just a slight bit of padding on the seats to make them look even more professions and I'm all done.
