Flicking through the channels and saw a couple of minutes of this on Channel 5. Saw a yellow Z with a high spoiler drive through at a "cruise". Think it was in Hampshire but not sure.

Police officers a actually exempt from wearing a belt, as are other emergency service personnel in certain circumstances.

Interestingly, Hackney carriage (Black cabs) drivers do not have to wear a seat belt either, as long as they're on duty.

The "cruise" was at Hedge End retail park just outside of Southampton. The program annoyed me as they chose to speak to the kind of people that make us car enthusuasts look bad, they always seem to speak to the "chav" element and talk about how many times they've been fined/banned for driving infractions, never to the responsible people who go to meets to admire other peoples cars and generally socialise.

i was down in the portsmouth street crime live last nite. Dont think my zed got on tv though, only chav peugeots. Lol.

tsk tsk .... all these looney people that live in Southampton :slap:

I actually have a photo of that yellow zed... ;) Seen him about loads n always flash him :D

unfortunately around here it is always the jap owners in their modded skylines and 200s that instigate the illegal "drifting displays" in these parts, then all the chavs try to replicate it.

Makes me ashamed to be a jap owner at times, they are just a bunch of self important show offs and they do not seem to care they are putting lives in danger.

I always avoid Hedge End on cruise night.. Unless I'm incognito, in my Shogun ;)

Every night is cruise night when it comes to Hedge End..... the little shits are parked there every flaming evening, :slap: the shit heads! :)

Oooer missus :nono: :p
