Gutted

Can't believe it, stacked my car tonight. Luckily no one hurt and no one else involved.

Driving a little too fast and couldn't slow down in time.

Also had car booked in for replacement front bumper on Monday so really glad that hadn't been fitted but current bumper, drivers headlight, both wings and windscreen all knackered.

Harve and Topsquads forget about buying parts both have had it.

For the guys who sell second hand parts need a new drivers headlamp, two wings and a windscreen, bare in mind this is a swb if that make any difference.

Just had to get this off my chest soooooo gutted as only been back on the road for 3 days. Just a reminder that these cars are fucking fast and to you all please be careful.

Regards

Martin

Thanks for your comments guys.

Harve the bumper is in bits and now in the bin, seriously had it.

Dillan, no this counts me out for Billing, I am gonna have to buy a second car, while I wait for funds to repair the zed. I really don't want to claim on insurance and loose my 4 yrs ncb.

Hoping to claim windscreen on insurance, if I have the cover.

Phil, will be in touch soon regarding parts. Having the car assessed tomorrow to look for any structual damage. If ok should be able to make progress pretty soon.

Thanks all and take care

Martin

Sorry to hear, Martin.

Just a thought, (I'm not an insurance expert, but..) won't they increase your premiums anyway because of the accident? If so, perhaps it might be worth claiming and taking the hit on ncb. At least you'll be starting to rack it up again from now.

Have you got an age-related reduction coming up soon?

Anyway, glad you weren't hurt.

Excellent news, well as good as it can be, there is no structual damage to me zed (fook knows how) and only need to replace a few parts and get fitted and sprayed.

Gio, as no one else was involved the insurance company don't know about the accident, hope they dont read on here lol. Still deffo not worth it now as probably looking at a £500 bill and with a £250 excess... well!

Cheers
