Is this valve a common boost leak problem?

After conductiong a boost leak test on my ZX I found a lot of air was being lost around where the brass "cross section" fits to the main body of the valve... now would this be a common are for the Zed's to lose boost pressure from? Also the gasket has seen better days, so will be replacing that too...
