Need cruise control actuator for 92 jap auto TT

Hi

the cruise actuator on my late 92 TT jap auto has died. the actuator motor runs but doesn't produce any vacuum. The cruise ECU checks out ok on the diagnostics.

Does anyone have a working actuator for sale? I've seen 2 different part numbers on oem-surplus.com, mine is 18910 40P00. Does anyone know how many different types there are? Also does anyone know if they are fixable, is there a diaphagm inside?
