Right now i' not gonna start on the price as that's enough to make my piss boil as it is :headvswal

However, dueto the fact that the steering wheel in the car obscures my vue i don't check the petrol guage as often as i should so when the light came on i, against my better judgment, pulled into a "24hr" tesco petrol station except that it's not. It's 2 sets of pumps that are set to card sales only wich would be fine except that super unleaded is £1.05 and it has a £60 limit........

GET A ****ING CLUE YOU USELESS BUNCH OF MONKEYS

I don't want to stand in the cold to fill up my car as it is let alone FECK about with my cards for a second time to put the remaining £13 of motion lotion!!

LOL Times have moved on from £60 being a lot of petrol :(

On a similar theme I saw a petrol station the other day advertising u/l petrol at 10.3p, need more spaces on their sign :D

Sounds to me like if it hadn't have been there you would of ran out of petrol and been left sitting in the cold for a lot longer? I think I would be praising them for having a place where you can get petrol when every one has gone home.

I'm pretty sure the card pumps at Tesco have a yellow button if you don't want to pay by card. You just press the button marked 'Kiosk' I think. Plus the Tesco fuel is pretty good and is of a higher octane than most 'Supers'. Personally, I like Tesco. Prefer Shell petrol but Tesco is my second choice.

Also, if you just let them know you want more than £60, they tend to press a button and it turns off the limiter. I know I never have a problem filling up. But I guess your station may be different.
