I was given a box full of bits for a 300zx, where i found these gaskets can any1 help me find out wot they are for thanx :bow:

isnt the long on at the bottom of the first photo an outlet manifold gasket?

I was given a box full of bits for a 300zx, where i found these gaskets can any1 help me find out wot they are for thanx :bow:

 

 

 

Main picture. top half

4 x round are for cams, on rocker covers,

ones in the round gasket 2 x black are for below balance bar onto plenium, red im sure if for lower of hard water pipes not the theromstat,

large circling all the others is for left hand cam cover

 

Main picture lower half

exhaust manifold gasket, and either throttle bodie or somewhere on boost pipes

 

As for the two little brownish ones and the two oval shaped, fooked if i know

 

Any help??

Are the 2 odd shape ones from the timing back plate, do they have a groove in the outer edge ?

Largest one is intake rocker cover gasket

Large black round one is CAS seal for cambelt cover

Red one is oil filler cap seal

Metal ones are valve stem seals

2 thin black round ones are balance bar o-rings

4 thick black are camshaft oil seals

2 oval ones are cambelt rear cover seals where CAS backet bolts through.

Large square one is TB gasket

Long 3 port metalic one is exhaust manifold gasket
