Just put another raptor in the machine. unfortunatly its a 70MB and the old one is 30 so cant raid them.

 

anyway, bios is picking it up, install hardware is saying its there,,,, BUT

what was the problem cause i have this as xp wouldn't raid my 2 raptors so i installed xp on 1 but the other doesn't show in windows

computer management - disk manager

 

will detect new disk and ask you to initialise :)

Last time I checked, you couldn't buy a drive smaller than 1GB these days...

 

(Not to mention 70GB drives weren't available to normal mortals back in 1994..)

Its a raptor. I could go get a large drive, but its for games and only speed counts.
