I've had to mg's in my younger days and neither of those were great (Montego efi maestro efi 2.0) Hope they've improved since then

the steering lock kept on comming on while he was driving it and he ended up off the track

The whole car is fibreglass, of course it exploded like a cheap Russian missile ;)

 

Nearly bought one once - the insurance put me off (all that irreplaceable fibreglass makes it kinda expensive), and I'm glad now.. they don't look half as good as they once did. The years have not been kind..
