Hi

I have changed the rad, water pump, Thermastat stat, rad cap,!

idle fine had compression test fine oil fine!

Onto motor way over 3000 rpm water boils and header tank fills!

Any Any ideas!

Might be a cracked cylinder head. I had one in a 306 and it was pressurising the coolant.

 

Get the coolant 'sniffed' :p to make sure.

Did not know the system has to be bled?

coolent is clear no oil in water no water in oil!

Having said that I think head gasket! but compression test good!

The answer is simple use the steam from the rad to curl your clients hair :D
