I need all the info possible on changing my auto box as i may do it my self (although it'll probably be wozzer) But, incase i do it, what are the main things that are a pain with it???

Make sure when the car is raised, try and get as much space as possible, the bolts around the bell housing are easy enough to get to, but there are 3 situated at the top which are gits to get off. I used 3 x 30cm extension bars to get to them. There are some hidden electrical connections on top, under the gear stick. raise / lower on a trolley jack, it does come out. When re installing put the torque convertor in the box first and make sure it is fully home, otherwise when u try and connect the housing back to the block it will be 10-15mm proud and will never go on flat.
