Right, I sold my Laguna on Ebay last month and had the fee through for the advert. Paid it off via paypal and got confirmation from them that a transaction had been completed. But never got a receipt from ebay.

 

A week later I get an email saying my account was now overdue. Now, wanting to sell something on there in a hurry, I tried paying again to try and sort my account out and get the refund for the first payment at a later date.

 

So, I send money via paypal AGAIN. Check my seller account and it's still showing outstanding payment.

 

Pissed off now, so email ebay. No response. Email paypal and nothing.

 

Anyone know what I can do? I'm getting slightly hacked off with this as my account will now be locked pending payment which I've tried to make on 2 occasions!

try ringing them si. they take forever to respond to emails. its a fookin joke, the customer service is shyte.

I'll have to trawl for the number. Wish me luck! LOL

Si, when you pay ebay fee's by paypal it always takes a while before it clears on your account. Im not sure how long, in the past when I have paid in an evening I've noticed its not cleared it on ebay till the following day.

 

Does'nt explain where the 1st payment went, but does explain the 2nd payment if you have only just dont it 2nite.
