Since moving away from my boy racer ness of my previous motor i've built the 300 for power but....

It does really need some tunes so, this is what i'm thinking.

Alpine head unit up front.

6.5" components up front (stock fit)

8" mids in the black vinyl area next to the rear seats.

Bass tube in the boot.

I know the bass tubes are not as good as a sub and amp but i want something light, very light and not all the wires.

What are the best parts/brands to buy? and what i've come up with do you think that is a good all round setup?

preferably no additional amps.

if you get good enough rear speakers you dont always need a rear sub i find, depend what kinda music you listen to i supose

I mainly listen to hiphop/rap mainly so would be nice to have allot of bass.

Although i could try speakers and get a sub at a later date.

What do you suggest speaker wise?

stock 300zx front speakers are 6" not 6.5"

If it was hiphop and rap that mainly played in my motor, id forget the idea of fitting a bass tube, sub or amp, I'd probably even rip the fookin speakers out :D

fusion do a superb bass tube with a built in amp i had 1 in a mini and it sounded awesome

I used to have a couple of Fusion subs, the bloke who fitted my stereo only dealt with Fusion and he stitched me over so ever since i have been anti Fusion haha. Bit unfair i know think i drop the grudge with Fusion and have a lil lookie and this bass tube.

Thanks.
