Autobox problem

When driving home last night & again this morning my gearbox wouldn't change gear at normal revs but only right round on the redline any ideas?

    Hi,

     

    I had this a while ago, unfortunately for me it spelt a new box. Stick it in hold if its an import, that worked for me until I got a new box fitted, starts in second and changes ok, but dont floor it or it will slip like fook!

    Try soft reset on ecu, disconnect battery for a few hours.

    Then try diagnostic check on box.

    does your power light flash 16 times when switch on? means a fault has been detected.

    If you need to change the filters its because the box has had it anyway, 90% of the time its a waste of money...but it can prolong things for you.
