Bagpuss is on a 1GB link, (although the bottle neck is the the 100mb to the machine) so should take about 1.5 minutes to d'load the lot if the HDD (and your connection) is up to it.

i have all my Videos to upload now finally if you want.

My current 1/2Mbit connection just doesn't cut it with 1 Gbit

It's actaully about 6 seconds over the Gb (120 ish MB/S), 80 secs over the 100Mb restriction and allowing for slow discs, but back to the serious note, I dunno TBH I'll have a look at what disc space I have left.

Makes you realize just how 'slow' home connections are compared to buisiness/server links doesn't it??

Tell me about it, I'm still on 56K Modem at home FFS. LOL
