Blackpool Trip!

Just returned! Put £60 in the tank and managed to do 550 kilometers, what is that MPG?

She drove down lovely, not a problem at all, part from the tax disc flying out of the car on the M62 cos I had the roof off and the holder fell off!!!! Only taxed her last month!

About 26mpg.....

......550km is approximately 340 miles; £60 = about 60 litres (just over 13.2 gallons) so 340/13.2 is 25.75mpg ;)

Glad you enjoyed your trip - and don't worry about the tax disc. They are computerized now so DVLA know it's taxed - you can just order a duplicate.

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

The only thing with loosing your tax disc is that you are supposed to display it. It will be just your luck to get done by some over zelous twat in a hat.

Don't know if you can report it here

Good that you had a nice trip. I like to get the targas off myself, it does save cleaning out a lot of the rubbish.
