Rear window wiper arm

Ok being the complete newbie i am i want to take off the window wiper arms to srpay them as they are peeling in places but I dont know how to remove the rear arm?

    lift the cap up on the base of the window wiper and you will find a nut! think maybe a size 10 or 12 undo the nut and lift the wiper off job dne.

    It's on either a tapered or a splined shaft, so expect it to be stuck and require a little persuasion.

    leave the arm down lift the cover off to reveal the nut then once you have the nut off lift the arm slowly right up and normally as you reach full stretch they fall off !
