I am thinking of replacing the tail light cluster lamps to LED lamps, anyone done this

Yes mate I know what you mean now. Someone posted up last week with some pictures. do a search Alan you should find it mate.

I use 'em and have had no probs passing the MOT - i have posted some pix in the past so a search should find them.

Only prob with amber led indicators, as I found out when put them on the front, is the fast flash syndrome ( 3w as against 21w ), so you have to add a ballast load, sell these on Fleabay for £5.

Not a problem fitting them just the fact that they project a circle of light onto the diffusers rather than light up the entire diffuser. If you don't mind that then there shouldn't be a problem!

I bought some from Fleabay and they were utter crap. Didn't seat properly, didn't light up properly and didn't project the light in the right places to be seen properly from behind. Put the standard bulbs back.

Work ok on the front with the new type clear lens!
