i want to know who owns a mobile number thats sending me messages i dont want. i call the phone but its never on they send a message and turn there phone off quick. is it possible to find this persons or where about they are

phone their service provider and complain - get their number barred.

 

If its a pay as you go - doubt you will get anywhere

if its a contract - bit more chance in tracking who it is down

 

or heck - post it on the internet ... someone might have the same number in their phone :D

Only works if you can get your hands on the mobile itself, cos when you set it up it will send a text to confirm this is the correct mobile to be tracked/cloaned. So you cant just use any old number and expect it to work im sorry to say.

You could just request a number change from the network operator. What is scary is that they are sending stuff to break your family up so they obviously know you.
