I have a couple of SWB NA's One is a early 90 and has the original Jspec clocks which had KPH on the inside and MPH on the outside. So the car was never changed to MPH as it registered both. It still clockes in Km's.

 

The other is a october 92 with ABS etc and had the 180KPH clocks. These were converted to MPH though it still clocks in Km's, but the power steering is so light it gives no feed back. It's a bit like riding Allybarbers magic carpet.

 

How do i get the power steering sorted. Someone said UK clocks would sort it??

They would give you the opportunity to remove the speedo convertor which is confusing the power steering. Basically it's giving the same amount of power assistance at 30mph that it should be giving at 30kph (eg ~22mph)
