Hi,

I have got a blue line in my windscreen, that goes vertically up the middle and through to the passenger side. Does anyone know what this is for ???

Could be a radio antenna bud?

I have one on my Carlton GSI3000 kinda like a metallic colored strip, very thin across the windshield - is it like that?

Hello Glen,

It is very thin blue line, it could be an aerial but I've got one already, why would I need two?

Mark

Jap cars, not sure about UK ones, have an aerial built into the rear screen which (I think) works for AM only. Mark, if you're talking about the convertible, which doesn't have a proper rear screen, could it be that there is one in the front screen instead ?

Yeah Andy,

You are probably right, but it seems like a lot of trouble to have two aerials when one would suffice!
