What could be the possible cause of ZX boosting to just 0.5 bar...

Things I have checked / points of interest...

1) TPS voltage is fine and seems ok, idle is steady at 1K after

the car has warmed up

2) Power to boost solenoids is 12V+ when the throttle is open

3) Can't seem to find any major boost leaks but engine does sounds

a bit more hissy than other 300's I have had - difficult to see exactly where the hiss is coming from, it's roughly towards the top of the engine near balance bar area...

4) Have cleaned cleaned up some of the connectors such as water

temp, TPS, AFM, but doesn't seem to make any difference

5) ECU check is all clear Code 55...

I have thought about it being a wastegate stuck open but how could I possibly check this as ther is bugger all space to work around the turbo's!!

Any advice greatly appreciated!!

If it previously had a boost controller fitted they may have redone the hoses to the WG actuators, removing the pipework associated with the stock solenoids...

Yes this is a possibility, problem is at the moment I don't have another TT in stock to compare it with, but does sound like a real possibilty....
