I am changing the brake pads and upgrading the lines to braided lines today. I just have a quick question about bleeding the brakes...

 

Does this have to be done manually or does anyone have any tricks to make this easier/quicker.

Yep, same way as you always bleed brakes (except when you have a Citroen with the Nitrospastic suspension).

Front calipers, rear calipers, ABS unit

Yep - fronts are furthest away just to clarify ;) They have the longest route since the lines run from BMC - ABS unit - Calipers, so the front lines run to the back of the car then back up to the front :)
