Morning all, Dave has asked me to organise this. I think the general concensus was to go for the forge in glenfield but i need to know numbers so i can book us a table and let them know we're coming.

HI guys. Nice to meet you all. Made it home OK but there is still a water leak. Only seems to leak when the engine stops. Still no water in the overflow so am wondering if that is another leak. Temp gauge sat just below half way all the way home.

 

Thanks for all the help, the loan of the screw driver and water bottle. Hope you made it home OK as well.

You may find with the temp gauge that the needle will sit halfway as it's only measuring the temp of the air in the pipes if it's lost alot of water. That top pipe empties easily and then it's just on vapours

Yeah cheers mate. WhenI had the airlock the gauge went right up and then down again so hopefully that hasn't been a problem.

I think a good day was had by all

well im glad i went along today even though i was an hour and half late. Everyone that i spoke to was very cool and all had loads of advice and info and now i have more of an idea of the next stage to take my zed too. cant wait to japshow now im going on the zclub stand :bow:

The Sunday roast was a bit filling, especially the large yorkshire pud!
