Hi,

 

Im currently looking at buying a 300zx TT. Have been after 1 for ages and finally got the cash. the only thing putting me off is the Toyota Supra. I do a lot of quarter mile runs. How easy is it to tune the 300? Am i looking at having to spend thousands just to get a few extra bhp? Sorry if these seem like stupid questions but i dont know much about the zx engine and its capabilities.

if its easy tuning your after go for the supra.

sorry to say mate - if you want cheap 1/4 mile go for the supra - or even better go for a 4wd -

yeah, with £1000-£1500 you can get 350bhp at 1bar boost but after that its injectors, tubs etc etc. I hear the supra can push 400bhp on £1000???? and is cheaper to go further

However, its bloody ugly and Zeds get my vote all day long

Thats the problem. I think the Zeds look much better. Will just have to test drive a few and see what i think. Cheers for all your advice
