Had a scare going up to Leeds on saturday. Pulled into services and lo the zed was leaking fluid. from the offside front. Worried the car would overheat i brought a whole box of Volvic mineral water to replenish lost water. Well the engine response never waivered.

 

I was fortunate to stay in a hotel that had a halfords next to it. So i parked up the zed outside. The leak was from the bottle next to the wheel arch. Some friendly yorkhsire chappie pointed out that the leak was from the refigerent\cooler bottle for heating and air con lol. So it was a false alarm. The plastic under wheel arch cover was frayed and touches the wheel on full lock. Which made the cowling damage the coolant bottle. So ma zed was leaking water, i was panicing for no reason. Anyways here is a pic of the zed ouside halfords with ma yorkshire pudding looking bemused reading a Terry Prattchet book :smash:

hahaha. i had the same scare when i first got my z. saw water dripping on a garage forcourt and panic set in. only till i touched the water and found it ice cold did i realise what it was LOL
