Are my lights chav or not? They are NOT blue they are WHITE. which makes all the difference as far as I am concerned and they are on their own switch. LOL.

 

Sorry Vin, but the LED washer jets are truely awful.

 

The rest is not chav but the washer jets are and need to be launched into Saturn's upper ionosphere!

I think they look good. I think everyone has judged them without looking at the picture because a few "do as you like-ys" put horrible cheap blue ones on their oxide red faded corsa bonnets.

 

I honestly think it looks good on a "futuristic" car like the skyline and i think if people were being a bit more objective they might agree.

Thank you kind sir. :bow: I know the choice is mine and they do really look ok in the flesh. The unfortunate thing about night photography is light timed exposure will capture any light instantly and it will glow brighter than everything else. You can tell because the bumper lights are a row of 6 LED's and that isnt evident in the photo? Because they are nowhere as bright as they look in the picture they are quite dim TBH almost look like they are from the inside of the car.

I have been looking into doing that. I was going to get the clear spot lamp ones and double up but they are glass and have a different shaped back section so they wont do the job. I am looking tho' with chrome indicator bulbs like what I have on my 300zx the crystal clears look really good on that.

Yes mate I think so too. I got them for £400. The Skyline is good now so seeing as no one wants my 300 I am going to get it sorted and MOT'd for the weekend and am going to carry on enjoying ownership and keep it.

Car looks fooking great Vini. Much better than a GTR IMO. AWD is for fannies! RWD Rules!! Wheels are really nice as well.

I got the car for £1200. The Wheels for £400. The exhaust box for £50. and the other expences were the MOT a set of whell lockers some stickers I had made and some paint for the dash

So all in all under £2000. Yes it was a bargain. I think it would make £3500 if I wanted to sell. But I dont. :D
