Next time though ... its the hotel or BnB... that IOW ground is fooking hard... my zed was far more comfortable and of course very sound proof :D :D

What a GRRRRRRRRRREAT weekend (I told you so!!!!!!!) Scotty did a superb job of organising the meet and looking after us all, a really big

 

THANKYOU SCOTTY

 

He convoyed us around the Island, including a coastal tour on Sunday to the Needles, and it ain't easy leading such a large convoy around B roads and through towns. (and I mean 'B' roads in both senses of the word, my back is aching this morning lol).

 

I had a great time and I know everyone else did the same, the 10-pin bowling on Saturday evening reminded me how badly I play, but MadMarco and Zogg showed us how it should be played.......Marco even owns his own balls but he didn't display them as Paul@SWZ did :rofl:

 

I'll stick a few of my piccies up later but those already here show you what a great weekend we had. (and it's no good you people saying "I wish I had been there"..........next time sign up and BE THERE then you can enjoy the good times we have in SouthCentral.

 

Athene has certainly kept her word and given us a great gaggle of meets since she took over as our REO.........I, for one, can't wait for our next one. Whenever and wherever it is, it's sure to be GRRRRRRRRREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great weekend and really nice to finally meet some of you. Hopefully we will all meet up again soon.

I will second all the comments above, an abosolutly perfect meet. Just the right mix of driving, food, scenery, fun, and friends. Great seeing the old and new faces, you can count me in for this meet every year. Thanks to Scotty and Athene for making it happen!

Now, If I can just find the right cable for my camera I will post some pictures...
