Thanks Jeff TT - and everyone else: clean yr throttles

You're right, clean engines do go faster!

For everyone else, I was getting v paranoid about my local Mandela not being as switched on about Zs as they should be at their prices. But who could I get to check things over?

I don't live as far north as andyduff, SE are already full of exciting work, etc etc.

So (despite his bad taste in shorts) off I toddled to Jeff at Zedworld.

Throttle bodies cleaned, all-over inspection, suspension check, timing check, ECU reset and a bunch of all the other stuff Mandela should do (but can't be arsed / don't know about) or owner should do (but I am even less competent than Mandela).

Car is better (throttle bodies are a must) and I am less worried - so good result.

Thanks Jeff - Cheers - Gio

Went to JeffTT - throtle bodies cleaned and couldn't believe the crap that flooded out -30 mins great job.

Followed him to a rolling road in Tamworth for tuning and power check where no idea tosser blows my engine up - 30 mins oh shit.

Snailed it to Nissan garage - replaced engine - 3 weeks off the road and maxed overdraft/credit cards - oh crap.

Later will be going back to JeffTT for other work cos it wasn't his fault and he is one of the nicest chaps around who also knows Z's inside out.
