i have had a prob with smoking with my z its intermitant and only on stand stills, i have noticed that if car stands on slopes then it smokes more but if stood on flat surface then doesnt smoke as much or completly doesnt!! the smoke is oily smell and is white!! im supposed to hook up with andy but have had a few probs so aint been able to see him yet, has anyone had this prob?

lightning, mine does it, point it uphill and i bet it doesnt smoKe for ages, if at all.

Mine is the tubs but the smoKe on mine is a grey colour.

well iv just sat in the car for about 1 hour with car on idle and it didnt smoke one bit!! over all after the oil change (10 60 millers motor sport oil) its not been smoking much even after its been booted hard!! i just dont get it truthfully iv had enuf of it. my mates got a golf tdi hes had it de cated and he says its smoking more so i gess its not only z's effected by this. my cats had nothing in them completly empty that would have effected in same way wouldnt it?

Fella you don't seem to be listening even though you still keep asking the same question. It's almost definately your turbo seals, what part of it don't you understand? They are on the way out thats why it is smoking intermediately, mine used to do exactly the same. Replace your turbos and it'll stop, simple.

as the man says its your turbo seals,happened to me so i had them reconed.
