I cannot inflate the rear tyres, I have (I think) Lamborghini wheels fitted (or similar) fronts inflate ok..rear valves will not open...tried valve extenders, taken to "tyre specialist" they said contact Lamborghini direct, they could not remove the valve inner (they did try)....

 

Any suggestions most welcome...

 

Are you sure there are Lamborghini wheels and not 'Modena by Autostrada'. They are your classic Z wheel and I believe they were a dealer option in Japan.

 

They are in fact EXACT copies of the wheels on a Ferrari F40, right down to the centre

cap and locking pin, if thats them.

 

Sorry, got no idea how to sort the problem out other then take it to a wheel specialist which you have done.

 

What did they exactly suggest, getting a replacement rim from Lamborghini??? This sounds a bit extreme. If it is the Autostrada wheel you probably can get a replacement rim cheaper from a breakers rather then a Lambo dealer.

 

 

 

 

While were sort of on the topic of Lamborghini has anyone ever contacted a Lambo dealer for the Diablo 1998 onwards headlight bulbs as they should be the same as the 300zx. (sorry bulbs again.

 

It would be interesting to see how much they cost, bet their service department is a bit more friendlier than Nissan UK. (But don't tell them you don't own a Diablo;-)

 

Couple of useful tips.

 

1: Try taking the caps off before attempting to inflate.

Make sure that at all times you wear safety goggles and use a cage. lol!!

 

2: Try contacting Alfa Romeo or Burago model cars you chump.

 

3: Stay away from Alex you already have too much on your plate.

Rear wing: Wings West. I believe we ordered

at the begining of the week the wing from Motorsport International. We were told next day. IN STOCK 6.30 Friday. guess what?

No bloody wing.
