does any 1 know how hard it is to rebuild the turbos is it a specialists job? as ive found various rebuild kits even upgrading them with 360 bearings etc for about £50 each.is it more hassel than its worth once the tubs are off the engine :rolleyes: cheers

hi mate yes it is but the drivers side tub had failed almost straight away so it masked the other prob i could of had done with the lump out.if that makes sense joel.

 

all in all mate if the tub was done propely in the first place i wood now be a happy bunny,am not bothered anymore,the zed drives well and doesnt smoke no where near as much as wen u saw it so i can put up with it 4 now till i deside what to do with her :rolleyes: .

 

wen my zed guy took it off the second time,he said he had seen fooked tubs in better condition than the one midland turbos did and it had only done 250 miles.

 

oh and midland turbos told me wen they striped it that there was nothing wrong with the turbo YEA RIGHT :mad: .

 

 

A LESSON LEARNT PEEPS SO DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
