the cheeky fookers have charged us for changing the date that the money comes out of our bank account, the fookers are charging us £19.95 for changing the payment date from the 12th of every month to the 24th of every month

feel like ripping the fooker out, had nowt but trouble with the fookers since we got it in

sky also are guity of harrasment. my parents gave up sky a couple of years ago and since they have called up to 5 times a day every day to try and get them back!!!!

whats pissing me off the most is, they have took payment early and late themselves before and the answer i got when i queried it was "oh it sometimes happens"

sky are tossers.! i have voiced my opinion and threatened them with legal action when they called my parents while was there. there excuse is that its an autodialler. to which i replyed " random isnt 5 times a day every day!!

stella....you have a direct debit guarentee...just ask for your money back from your bank if not happy...ideally you should have been given 30 notice of the change of date via letter

I got shot in january. the picture kept going off and I phoned them up and some scotts bloke told me I was not being honest. I said are you calling me a liar. He said if the cap fits? I lost the plot then and told them to poke it. I have been with Virgin since and although they aint 100% they are OK. HD for free too? and its cheaper than sky. BUT no Sky One. Fook it we dont miss it at all. and the biggest thing is you dont pay for the equiptment as its theirs and if it goes wrong they fix it for free. Smiles all round so fook off Sky TV. Virgin make you look stupid??? :)

I've never liked that slimey Australian prick since the 1988 launch of Sky. It doesn't surprise me one bit that his monopolising, fat-cat approach to management has resulted in shite customer service :xxx: . I feel like hooking up my 1KW microwave oven's magnetron to my homemade dish and putting the fooker off air :D
