Had my rocker cover gasket done recently and my gearbox was fine before, its an auto when i got it back the gearbox drives fine when cold after a few hours driving it will not change to 4th unless you go to 4000 revs also when slowing down it will act like your changing down in a manual.

and not change gear the right way , what could of been disturbed to make the gearbox play up?

    A coincidence maybe. Oil levels ok? Quality of oil ok? Dipstick all the way in?
