apperently they use the same frame and build for all the models, it a hooge looking bike for a 125

Certainly look the part, but I bet quality is shite!-you do get what you pay for!

Just under £3k new so I suppose the price is about right.

at the end of the day its his leaner bike, as long as it last's till he gets his full licence i suppose it will do, it does look really nice and doesnt look like a 125 at all

Exactly. Unless you're gonna keep a 125 for daily commuting or for track racing, you might as well buy cheap since it'll just be a stepping stone to bigger and better bikes (if you want). I've heard half-decent things about them for the money. I just got a good deal on a Suzi 125 Marauder (new) - you pays your money, you takes your choice. If I had been on a tighter budget I reckon I'd have got a chinese bike meself.

Anybody wanna buy a Z? http://300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=98029

I'm gonna be needing to get a Bandit 650 soon

Hyosung are by far the best of the new far eastern brands. It's Korean not Chinese.

The GT125 has real precence and would pass for a 600. It's got a V-twin engine which is unusual as most 125s are single cylinder.

The quality may not quite match the Japanese yet but it's still a nice bike.

it really does look bigger than it is, its a wide fooker, i sat on it and nearly ripped me knock of calvins in half

Bought this myself this week on a bit of a whim...

Honda CB1300S. I've since fitted a titanium race exhauts and ECU remap thing (called a Power Commander). 120bhp at the wheel but it's the midrange power that's most impressive.

It's big and retro too.

I'm pleased with it. :)

Get it done mate. Fast bikes put cars to shame.

I think they're making it a lot harder some time in 2008 too so get it done pronto.

Aye - Power Commander III. Not switchable. No need really I guess?

It's quite a new model and they're all FI these days.

heres one of many of my creations about 8 years ago,it started life as an xs1100 and become a fire breathing 1260 with a weisco big bore kit, ballanced and edged crank (fully welded), corrillo rods, a gas flowed head with titainium valves, the thing use to chew a drive shaft up a month  and could get the front wheel up at 100mph, totally insane for the frame design of the era :) and yes thats me playing
