or tenyear or whatever the americans call it, ive heard it a few times on tv, they talk about gaining tenyear or tenya or whatever and being set for life and all that crap

Only thing I can think of, which bares no resemblance to the above is Tenaya Lake which is in California. I think it's in Yosemite National Park.
